Dr. Croci has a great bedside manner. Explained my before and after x rays of my surgery. Answered questions about concerns I had. Very, very, great surgeon.

Dr. Croci is good at pretending to have empathy, but spent the entire consultation attempting to downplay my condition, undermine the reading of the second MRI, and make excuses for why the first MRI not only missed 4 herniated discs but was not up to the standard of care for an MRI in the first place, with no line-by-line reading of the discs. He made a complimentary comment about the radiologist who made the paltry addendum to my first MRI, and I imagine that explains why he attempted to justify her egregious handling of the report. He was eager to claim the cause of my pain was surely not my 4 herniated discs but probably something in my shoulder. He gave me the two referrals I needed, so I at least have further recourse to find more effective care. But I have no doubt if I were not as staunch & knowledgeable about my condition that he would have gladly walked all over me to defend his powerful colleague's mishandling of my MRI. He also incorrectly charted my condition in his notes.

Dr. Croci is a tremendous physician. He pays close attention to detail and responds helpfully to my concerns.
