At no point of my visit. Was I made to feel rushed. I had many questions. All of which were answered in a manner I could understand. As well, I almost felt as though I let the DR and staff down, because I ran out of questions. This was by far, the best medical visit/appointment I have had. He answered every question me and my partner had, whether it had to do with my symptoms, my condition, medication, and treatment. He explained his findings and how he got to the decision he is, explained what the medication I'm taking will do and what to expect. He was slightly vague on options in the future depending on the medication, but after some more questions he answered and made it all make sense. Came today worried I wasn't going to be listened to, or that I'll just do some tests and do more waiting. Not only did I get tests done, but I left with a very likely diagnosis and a medication to start the journey of getting better. Every person there I interacted with was great and can't suggest it more.
