Dana Bassoumi is amazing. She is one of the best medical professionals I have ever worked with. She is kind, caring, incredibly bright and informed. Best listener ever. She simplifies everything so it is easy to understand and identify the priorities. Also very good at identifying which doctors cover which areas and how it all comes together. She is a great team member for TGH and USF. I hope to work with her as long as I need to have continued support in endocrinology. On a scale of 1 to 10.......I give Dana a 20!

Dana was awesome and described what to expect. Only issue was that she didn't keep my brain MRI CD for Neurologist and I ended up having to spend $15 to mail it the next day.

She was unaware of prior medications she had it had not prescribed to my son. She was accusatory in asking her medicating questions instead of check behind herself to verify prescriptions she had given. She was unapologetic when it was brought to her attention. Your USF staff member attending physician was condescending and unprofessional she was on her cellular device while in my son's room, the fellow MD was ok.
