Wonderful. I love USF for my neuro care. Having MS is not fun but they always put me at ease and make my appointments prompt and stress-free.

For my first in-site visit with Dr. Stephens, she was very professional and proper examination.

The doctor was curt with her explanations and recommendations. At times I was offended by her behavior.

This Experience was very helpful and thorough.

I loved the eye contact of the provider, and she was very patient and professional.

She's always great about listening to my concerns and willing to help with any treatment/diagnostic options.

The appointment was scheduled but Dr. Hera told me that I should go to my other Dr. Neurosurgeon, she sent me to do an MRI and to make an appointment with my other doctor Vanloveren.

She took care of us very well and very concerned. I make appointments for other exams

Dr. Stephens in my opinion is one of the best doctors. Doesn't make feel she doesn't have time for me. Goes over my health issues extremely well

Provider was very dismissive and did not seem interested in being part of my health care. Had to push for testing that two other (albeit, lower level) providers had suggested. Will be seeking another opinion

Dr. Stephens is the Best. She explains everything about my condition and always think of ways to help me.

Dr. Stephens is the epitome of excellence. She's brilliant and diagnosed my condition after eleven other doctors failed over a 13 month period. I progressively got sicker until I saw her. During my first visit which was way over an hour she knew exactly what test I needed and she was right. Her kindness and understanding has been amazing. She truly listens and takes what you're saying into consideration. I would have died were it not for her.

I felt very dismissed during this visit by the Dr. I felt as though I was a burden to even be in the Drs clinic. It was a very poor physical exam that was performed, hardly any "pressure" when testing my strength. All of my imaging was not even looked at. Half of my visit she was just looking at the computer screen.
