She evidently didn't see the mistake that was made concerning which doctor I was supposed to see and said she was scheduled to do the same and couldn't help me

Dr. Chen clearly explained ALS and Lou Gehrig's disease and made sure the Patient heard her and acknowledged that she was active listening. Our whole family is thankful for Dr. Chen and the ALS Neuro Facilities.
