Had such poor listening skills so she was unable to effectively communicate to the Dr in charge the symptoms which led to a dangerous recommendation by the Dr to me. When I challenged the recommendations, jennifer Shiroky-Kochavi gave me a dismissive demeaning answer instead of correcting her error and going back to the head Dr with the correct information and being able to give me safe and correct recommendations.

I absolutely love the care I receive from Dr Shiroky-Kochavi. She is brilliant and caring as well as friendly and courteous. She is the best!
