My overall experience with Jessica Koehler was fantastic. She was very thorough in reviewing my medical condition & current medical status. As important, she was compassionate, understanding and listened to my thoughts & concerns. I appreciated the extra time she gave me - which is unheard of in todays healthcare environment. I really aporeciate her & her support staff for putting me at ease and making the entire appintment process enjoyable. She is an asset to the USF Medical Team & I will recommend her to anyone I speak to looking for a quality healthcare provider in Tampa.

Bed side manner can make or break the visit. At no time during this appointment did I feel heard. My concerns were written off as this your normal, but I can't accept that. This was by far the worst experience I've had with this clinic. I wound up in the emergency room with diverticulitis last night. This may have been prevented if concerns about my symptoms and conditions weren't swept under the rug because of a lab that made no sense to make me produce.

She was very good but I did feel like I needed to ask My doctor questions that I did not think I could ask of her. This may be more on me than her.

This is the first time I have been seen by Jessica. From the very start of this appt I felt like she was unnecessarily unkind, you could say mean, and that I was disrespected throughout my appt., by herself and nurse who assisted her. They shared looks between themselves that implied that they neither believed nor respected what I was saying. It's a shame, because the very same information could have been presented in a kinder, more professional way, and I would have left that appt feeling much better about it.

1st time meeting this PA in person. She was reassuring and very comforting.

I had an appointment on Oct. 13th that Jessica Kloher HUNG UP on me and ended the virtual visit. She rolled her eyes at me when I was describing my symptoms and gave me the "Peace sign" before hanging up on me. I was still denied my medicines even after this showing of un-ethical and unprofessionalism.

Appreciate her, always including me in decisions about my care.
