Dr Jacobs listened seems to understand my complaints and was pleased to hear that the last procedure he performed did well. Together we agreed on a course of treatment.

Doctor was really professional. Also explained everything that was happening to where I could understand it

Doctor Jacobs was totally unprepared for my arrival! His staff had four months to prepare for my arrival and to receive all of my medical records. They never once reached out to me to inform me that there was a problem receiving said medical records. It was very upsetting to drive 2 hours from Port Charlotte to Tampa only to be told nothing about my condition and offer no help whatsoever. It was a very unpleasant ride home ruminating about the inefficiencies of doctor jacob's staff and doctor jacob's attitudes towards me! He told me that it was my fault for not bringing all of my medical records so that he could review during my visit. Blaming me for doctor Jacobs being unprepared is unacceptable!

No complaints.

Only ruled out mobility of swallowing issue but didn't address other issues that could be causing swallowing issues. Left with no treatment options other than another visit with a speech/swallow therapist.
