Dr Boyev is always amazing. The best doctor ever

Upon entering the room, he immediately interrupted me as I explained my problem, stating, "Great, so they sent you to an ear doctor for a neck problem." He did not follow up with any questions. When I attempted to express my symptoms, he interrupted me and said "That's impossible." When I attempted to explain that I have muffled hearing, he interrupted me and said "Well, yes, when you press on soft tissue, you are going to hear noises near your ear," signaling to me that he had not understood what I was saying because I was unable to finish. Due to my growing frustration and feeling like I wasn't being heard, I began to tear up as I was speaking. Dr. Boyev immediately left the room without telling me where he was going or what he was doing. In fact, the only person who spoke to me as he left the room was the medical student who smiled apologetically and told me to "hang tight". Dr. Boyev did not return. Only my original nurse returned to deliver two tests that Boyev ordered.

I would never recommend him. He was arragant , Inpersonable and uncaring. I wasted his time .

When it comes to knowledge and ability to clean someone's ears with minimum discomfort he is rated at the top of his field.

Dr Boyev explained everything well and answered all questions and made an extra effort to look at MRI on my iPad .

Dr acted very impersonal. He looked very rushed and not a good listener. Did not give me explanation about what the crystals are in my ear. Didn't give me much chance to ask him a couple of questions. I felt rushed.

Doctor asked very few questions, like this is all assembly-line.

Dr. Fuentes and Dr. Boyev were both very amazing providing and finding resolution to help me with my baha hearing device. Dr. Fuentes also provided us the time frame on how long the process it will take. I am happy to meet them both that day.
