Some doctors are better then others as far as your care

Dr. Marta Patel has provided care for the last 2 years for this auto immune disease. Worked with the Rheumatologist to determine plan of action. When something didn't work, they would continue to try other medications etc to improve this condition. Dr. Patel was very caring in the treatment of this illness. She is professional, knowledgeable and sincere. My husband is in a remission. No pain or blood and no issues. We know if this issue surfaces, Dr. Patel will be the specialist we will contact knowing she will see him asap. Thank you Dr. Patel.

I never get upset when Dr Patel is running behind because of her gift. You cannot rush a needle to an eye without skill, timing and patience. DR. M. PATEL NEVER MAKES US FEEL RUSHED. SHE EXPLAINS THE ANSWERS TO OUR QUESTIONS. SHE IS VERY THOROUGH WITH HER EXAM..OUR VISIT WAS THE LAST ONE FOR THE DAY AND STILL SHE IS VERY CARING AND HAS A PLEASANT ATTITUDE .EVEN AFTER A LONG DAY.

Dr. Patel, without exaggeration, goes above and beyond to provide exceptional eye care. She explained the reason for concern about the increased pressure in my eyes. She also took measurements, which she applied to a mathematical algorithm to help determine the possibility that I may have glaucoma. She ordered special scans and tests to help her better know what was going on in my eyes. She explained her thought process and educated me throughout my visit, and informed me of her plan for future visits. She is brilliant, delightful, and personable. I always feel she applies the highest standards to help me achieve a good outcome. She is truly the best of the best!

I had an uncomplicated annual exam and the physician rushed through my appointment due to being so behind. While I understand trying to catch up, she then added a diagnosis to my clinical summary that she did not discuss with me during my rushed appointment. When I asked her to clarify by secure chat she replied that my "chart had been updated with simplified language" and explained the diagnosis in layman's terms instead of understanding that she had not relayed the diagnosis to me at all.
