It helps to feel confident about your doctor. Dr. Lozier even showed me a short video on the procedure. He spends time with you, to ease your concerns.

Things are explained very poorly, as if I also had a medical degree. Would be nice if all of the medical jargon was explained so I actually knew what anything meant.

The doctor saw me as soon as the nurse was done checking my vitals. He was very professional and courteous. He answered my question and concerns and put me at ease with the concerns I had.

1. There was NO need for me to be included in any decisions about my echo, the young lady knew what she was doing and did it well. 2. No discussions of any treampent options, etc, she was great, I got a printout via email of the results.
