Eventhoug my English is not good they-wanted to be sure I was understanding. Everyone was very nice. Dr apologized for the waiting he was attending a telehealth visit. He explained me well about the procedure he was going to perform on me. Everything went well. Thanks.

I really don't blame the doctor, but I feel like they should explain certain procedures they deem necessary a bit more thoroughly. I forget to ask certain questions and think about what I should have asked after the visit.

I feel well taken care of by doctor Cavallaro.I have been dealing with my problem for years now. He listen to all my concerns and ask a lot of questions. He made me feel like he really care and when you are in so much pain, you really need someone that cares.It's really hard now a day to find a doctor that truly show you that they care and have compassion. And he showed me that he has compassion. I feel safe having a procedure with him.
