Rachel Duke is very courteous and professional. She's has been such a wonderful addition to my care team

I lived the fact she took the file first and listened and then responded. She wasn't anxious, I felt like she was in the moment and was truly listening. It really makes a difference when you are trying to manage and understand something you never had before.

I trust USF neurology. They are great about explanations and haven't been pushy with specific treatments and make appropriate recommendations. They allow me to make informed decisions about my care.
