Rachel is always very understanding and willing to listen and help with a variety of issues I'm having with the MS.

I love Rachel Duke. She listens and responds with care and in terms you can understand. You never feel rushed. She takes the time needed to address issues and discuss your treatment plan.

Rachel Duke explains if I don't understand something. If I ask a question, she always answers me. When she doesn't know the answer fully or not certain about something, she will look it up and give me the complete answer. She reminds me of certain things that might help me that I may have forgotten. She is amazing and I always feel heard.
