Rob Pohl was great. Patient, kind, engaged, informative, knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging. He gave me peace of mind, options for learning more about my overall cardiac health and potential for developing heart disease in the future, and advise on how to further improve my current health and conditions. All without coming across as judgemental or disapproving or anything negative, which would deter me or add to my stress.

This is the only clinic I would recommend in our area for cardiac or vascular needs.

I have seen Dr. Pohl twice and always had a positive experience. He is totally present when he speaks to me and always explains everything in a way that I understand. He is personable, friendly, and treats me with respect. I love his ability to relate to the patient.

Robert Pohl was very attentive to my care. He listened to everything I said and commented when needed for clarification. He explained the reason for the cardiac monitor he was prescribing.

To be clear, this is about Dr Pohl only. Concern the care provider showed for your questions or worries - Pohl was visibly utterly annoyed at my questions and confusion. Even scoffing at certain follow up questions i shared (due to his poor explanation of anything i was asking.) Once Pohl shared that my test results were clear and didn't indicate a cardio problem, he GENUINELY could not care less. Explanations the care provider gave you about your problem or condition - If I asked a question, he would explain some incredibly irrelevant extreme example (to dramatize my concern) and disregard my actual question. Saying "its not like you could have heart failure youre a 26 YO female." to which I asked if it was impossible or just rare, given his disregard, and he scoffed at me. Efforts to include you in decisions about your care about your care - he decided nothing. I had to ask HIM "so what am I supposed to do now?" no care or concern, said it wasn't his teams problem.

P.A. Pohl very attentive and clearly and simply answered all my question.

Robert Is very kind and professional at all times. I was treated like a person and not just another patient. He is very knowledgeable and eplains every thing so you can understand.

Robert Pohl, (PA) is extremely knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. He listens intently to everything I say and responds immediately. He explains everything in layman terms so I can understand. He doesn't rush me and gives me the time I need. He answers all of my questions. He walked me out to the appointment desk and made sure he explained the next appointment to the person at the desk. He always greets me with a smile and asks how I am. Upon leaving, he smiles again.

Dr. Pohl was excellent. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Great bedside manner- answered all my questions and dug for anything else on my mind. He was considerate in knowing I drove forever to get to his office, so he referred me/scheduled me a visit with a Cardiologist closer to my work/home. Wonderful young man, I'm proud of him and his accomplishments.
