I have found Shannon Bauer to be very patient focused. She listens and asks follow up questions, she is encouraging, she talks through the medicines and the reason for taking them and possible side effects. She goes over test results in a way that is understandable. She has a very pleasant bedside manner

Shannon went in depth with my mum about her test results as she's a newer patient. She explained everything well and at a level that was understandable. She's very considerate, compassionate, and considerate.

Shannon has been a great medical provider since our first appointment with her as a new USF Health practitioner. She's approachable, listens to concerns, explains test results well and why she's using certain medications for his diabetes. She does a good overview of his health and goes more in-depth when we meet with her.

I love, love, love PA Bauer. She is amazing. I also appreciate that she understands what I am going through as a person living with T1D, an insulin pump, managing life, work, a family, and all the other stressors that accompany life. She does not talk about her life, but she does display empathy - which seems genuine. I also appreciate the fact she talks to you and not at you. You are included in the process and she seems to really care.
