I waited 5 months to see this Gastro doctor, she treated me solely based on my chart and not what I was telling her or expressing & my level of pain. She did not even consider getting new X-rays, ultrasound, MRIs, she dismissed my pain and concerns and said she would prescribe Symbalta, it may be spelled incorrectly but it's a Mental Health medication. My abdomen is hard as brick, and I relayed that I'm in constant pain. She didn't care about my concerns. I will Never see her again by choice!

I didn't see the care provider, only the nurse.

I refuse to see this provider going forward. I came in with a list of changes in my condition, what I had done that seemed to work, and questions. The Dr working under th attendee then went to relay to Dr N. I could hear everything being next door. He did a good job but she was derisive and rude and responded with "that's a lot of just talk. Sorry you had to deal with that". They came in and I was shocked. I asked if she had any questions about what was relayed and she said no and just sat there. I also had accommodation paperwork due to work. The entire appointment was pulling teeth to get any answers out of her. She didn't want to take time for the paperwork and handed it back after doing the first page without signing it or putting in her license so I had to go back in and give it back to the front desk and she had to do it and her nurse send it to me via the chart. I came in with questions about how to handle flareups and also a new condition I was experiencing. On the flareup, she was just like oh I have nothing to add there. For the new condition "have you even tried x? You need to try before we prescribe". NO?! I don't even know what that is?? She was annoyed of my existence and left saying well think you're doing just fine. Don't need to see you back. HORRIBLE. Now I need to repay same copay to get the doctor who actually wants to help his patients.

Doctor was very informed about my condition and showed concern for my health and knowledge of my upcoming treatment.
