The doctor is rushed all the time - no eye contact and very little interaction or communication with the patient

Dr. Bhaleeya is very good with her making patients feel in good hands. If I have to wait a long time to see her it is ok with me as her expert care is the Best! Her staff are great!

She's a good doctor, but doesn't explain everything to you. I had to have a conversation with my general practitioner to understand what's going on with my eyes which the doctor didn't tell me.

She was very quick to say I was healing well. Only when I asked why I had such blurry vision did she mention I had cataracts. I asked about treatment for that and she said I would need surgery, but she did not do that type of surgery.

Very knowledgeable and helpful

On top of being ridiculously late and not having the decency to apologize, she was rude and very obviously in a rush to leave. We left there no more informed then when we arrived and yet continue to have the same problem. Will be going to another Dr and will NEVER return to see this woman again.
