Doctor Sharma is great.

The Dr. Was 1 hr late for the appointment. If we, the patient are 15minutes late, we are at risk of getting the appointment cancelled. Yet, for the Dr to show for the call an hour late is ok, and we should drop everything to wait. When he finally entered the call, and we were about to leave, there was not even an apology. As a person, please show some respect for others. The fact that your the Dr doesn't give a free pass not to show respect and at a minimum apologize for being an hr late. From there, it didn't get better, he didn't have my daughter's sleep results, which obviously he hadn't evaluated 5 minutes before. Therefore, there was a lot of scrambling in the call to read and report his thoughts on the results. I'm sure he knows his stuff, but for me, coming from a family of Doctors, he's lacking the personal, caring part for his patients, specially when you're dealing with an 8 year old girl. There was no conversation with her at all. Hopefully you guys do read these surveys and address them. Thanks.

Dr. Sharma was very respectful, attentive and helpful in explaining everything about my situation. My wife and I were very happy with Dr. Sharma's approach and evaluation. I will certainly recommend him!

The doctor took time to explain my condition, provided treatment options, and showed me images on the monitor of what was happening during my treatment. He provided details about how to care for myself after and follow up.
