Dr Jarstad is an exceptional human being who did both my eyes' cataract removal. He teaches the residents in opthalmology. He is friendly and explains to me how to use the drops. He demonstrates by opening up the eye drops n putting them in my eyes, explaining as he does this. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs cataract surgery.
