Lauren was very warm, friendly and came into the waiting area to greet us, determined if we needed to speak with her without my husband's presence and then escorted us to her office. She was very interested in my husband and our needs and spoke to us at length, listening attentively and offering both practical & medical suggestions. The session was great.
