Nathan is wonderful. I never leave without fully understanding everything going on with my health. He's gentle, honest, very vocal about each step he is doing while performing testing so you aren't left to wonder what is going on each touch or move he makes. 10/10 experience every time.

Nathan has always been very good about explaining conditions, procedures, etc. He also does well at listening to concerns. However, this time was a little weird. When my husband came in the room with our son, he was asked to leave due to "room being small" and so i could "focus of making a decision". Shortly after that, I asked if my husband could be brought in so that the pending procedure could be explained to him, as I do not make big decisions without my husband. I was met with the response of no, because I was late (I was not late) and there wasn't time to do so. That I would have to just go home to discuss it and reschedule (even tho the procedure was obviously important and needed that day). Over all I felt very rushed, and a bit uncomfortable. Especially having to have the procedure done without my husband there. I didn't appreciate the way it was handled, and neither did my husband. If I want my husband there, he should be. End of story. Regardless of doctor's preference.

Providers actually took time with me and answered all my questions

Nate is an amazing provider that always exemplifies that he cares about his patients and is willing to put in the time and effort to do what is best. He is very caring and always makes me feel seen and heard.

Nate, NP was wonderful. He wasn't supposed to meet with us but the ultrasound showed we needed him. He did great at showing care, understanding, compassion and clearly explained our next step and options.
